Every Jarvis keyboard shortcut: push-to-talk, hands-free toggle, cancel, and how to change the trigger key to whatever fits your hands.

Jarvis is built around one idea: hold a key, talk, release. Here is the full set of shortcuts and how to remap them.

## The defaults

Shortcut: Fn — Hold to talk, release to send

Shortcut: Fn + Fn — Double-tap to toggle hands-free mode

Shortcut: Esc — Cancel the current capture

## Change the trigger key

Prefer something other than Fn. The push-to-talk key can be set to Fn, Option, or Control, or to a tap-to-toggle combination.

- Hold style: Fn, Option, or Control.
- Combo style: an accelerator like Control + Shift + J that toggles on and off.

> [note] Hands-free mode keeps the mic open so you can talk without holding a key. Double-tap again, or press Escape, to turn it off.
