Skills are reusable workflows Jarvis can run. It ships with built-in skills, learns new ones from what you do repeatedly, and reaches further through connections and MCP.

A skill is a reusable way of doing something, so you do not have to spell out the steps every time. Ask for the outcome and Jarvis runs the skill.

## Where skills come from

- Built in: a set of skills ship with Jarvis.
- Learned: when you do the same multi-step thing repeatedly, Jarvis can turn it into a skill.
- Connected: skills reach into the apps you connect, and into any MCP server you add.

## Using one

Say this: "Run my weekly review."
Jarvis: Runs the weekly-review skill: pulls the week, drafts the summary, lists next steps.
