The second rung: stop reaching for the keyboard. Punctuation, formatting, and edit-by-voice make dictation faster than typing.

Level 1 was press, speak, see text. Level 2 is staying in flow: punctuation without lifting your hands, and fixing mistakes by voice instead of grabbing the mouse.

## What you practice

- Speak punctuation naturally, or say it ("comma", "new line").
- Fix the last phrase with "scratch that" or "capitalize that".
- Keep talking. Jarvis keeps up at about 240ms.

> Checkpoint: You can now dictate a paragraph without touching the keyboard. Level 3 (Control) makes your apps obey.
