# Your morning briefing
URL: https://jarvis.ceo/docs/recipes/morning-briefing
Status: beta

Wake up to a recap of what changed overnight: a routine that gathers your projects, mail, and calendar and sends one briefing to your chat before you start.

> [beta] The morning briefing is a Jarvis routine, in early access. Download the beta or join the waitlist.

A briefing is the highest-leverage routine. Instead of opening five apps to find out what happened, you read one message that already pulled it together.

## Set it up

Say this: "Every weekday at 7am, give me a briefing: what changed in my projects, anything urgent in my inbox, and my first meeting."
Jarvis: Preview: runs Mon to Fri at 7:00am, delivered to your chat. Save this routine.

## What lands in your chat

A short, scannable recap, waiting on your phone before you open the laptop.

- Projects: what moved, what is blocked.
- Inbox: the few messages that actually need you.
- Calendar: your first meeting and any conflicts.

> [note] A briefing that finds nothing worth reporting stays quiet, so it never becomes noise you learn to ignore.

> Checkpoint: You start every day already caught up. Remix the briefing to add Slack, PRs, or your calendar for tomorrow.
