Speed
Siri can take one to three seconds to respond. Jarvis is sub-300ms on an M3 Pro. The difference is felt on every command.
Privacy
Siri routes queries through Apple's servers, with some on-device exceptions. Jarvis runs entirely on your Mac by default; dictation and memory never leave the device unless you plug in a cloud model with your own key.

Yes. Jarvis is free and open source. Bring your own model key for the AI features, or run fully local. No subscription, no signup.
Does it run on Apple Silicon?
Yes, optimized for M1, M2, M3, and M4, and it runs on Intel Macs on macOS 12 or later.
